FAQ

Q:  The power supply shows a 24 (20+4) pin ATX power connector.  But the motherboard I have only has 20 pin connector, will it still work
A:  Yes, the 20+4 pin ATX power connector design allows the extra 4pin to be removed before connecting to a 20pin motherboard.  The new 24pin ATX power connecter found on today’s PC power supply is part of the new ATX specification (ATX12V 2.0 and above) which is necessary in order to support Intel’s current generation of processor architecture and other technological advances.

Q:  Help me choose a power supply.
A:  We understand choosing a power supply may be a daunting task for some, especially with continuous upgrades to more advanced CPUs or Graphic Cards. The Thermaltake Power Supply Calculator can help! It is a very powerful yet user-friendly tool that tracks all major components that are commonly used in today's computer and computes the total power draw, then provides a suggested power supply range that is suitable for your unique PC.
