At Thermaltake, we see the growing trend of LAN Parties, gaming tournaments and various other PC related events. In an effort to give back to the gaming community that made Thermaltake what we are today and to further promote the growth and acceptance of these types of events, Thermaltake would like to provide support!
Please note of the following conditions before completing the form:
1. Type and amount of sponsorship will be determine on a case-by-case basis.
2.
Thermaltake sponsorship may include product, banner or swags. These will be provided free of charge (shipping included) once the request has been approved. This form is reserved exclusively for applicant located in North & South America.
3. Due to high-volume of sponsorship requests, it usually takes 4 weeks to process. Please submit the application one month prior to the LAN Party event.
4. Thermaltake will only accept online application for LAN Party sponsorship. Applicant must submit this form in order to qualify for a LAN Party sponsorship. Applicant will be informed via e-mail once the application has been approved.

Thermaltake is proud to promote your respectable organization and LAN Party event in our LAN Party Zone section on the website. It will be greatly appreciated if applicant can kindly submit at least 4 images (see below) of the LAN Party event back to the Thermaltake Event Coordinator.

(a) Thermaltake Banners, Posters, and Products displayed throughout the event.

(b) Award Ceremony of Thermaltake sponsored prizes handed out.

(c) Friends or foes having FUN at the event!
6. NO RESALE!!! Applicant agrees not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit the Sponsorship or Sponsored Material for any commercial purposes.
7. Submitting the Sponsorship application does not guarantee that applicant will receive the sponsorship and/or type of sponsorship.
8. Applicant agrees to provide true, accurate and complete information about themselves and the organization/event they are representing.
9. Applicant agrees that Thermaltake is free to use any materials, including but not limited to, images, names and event information that were willingly provided to Thermaltake.
