1999
|
Thermaltake Technology Co. Ltd. is
founded with net capital of NT 10 million. The American
branch of the company is established at the same
time. The global self-owned brand of Tt Thermaltake
is created. |

|
2000
|
Manufactures the world's first turbine
cooler Golden Orb for INTEL PENTIUM III, and sells
two millions units worldwide.
Establishes business relationships with more than
30 agents in Europe to generate sales in the region.

|
|
2001
|
Subsidiaries TT Hongzhan and Hwazhan
are formed in Beijing to enter the cooler market
in China and establish sales relationships with
local distributors.
Amount of net capital increases fivefold to NT 50
million while cash capital grows to NT 40 million.
Unveils all-copper cooler Volcano 7, to be adopted
in CPU of AMD and INTEL. Sells 1.2 million units
worldwide and is recognized as INTEL's foremost
cooler provider in Asia Pacific. |

2002
|
Establishes production plant in Guangdong,
China, in response to the rapid growth in sales
and to minimize delivery time. This plant quickly
becomes the center of production for Thermaltake
worldwide.
Headquarter in Taipei successfully obtains ISO-9001.
Size of net capital grows to NT 100 million and
cash capital is now NT 50 million.
Launches the 'Coolall YOUR LIFE' publicity campaign
to further enhance brand recognition.
Designs the 1st-generation XaserII chassis, renowned
for its easy-to-assemble quality.
Constructs the 1st -generation water-cool cooler
set to be adopted for CPU use.
SPARK 5+ becomes a 0.33°C/W cooling set and is recognized
for the best cooling effect by INTEL. |

French, Australian, and
Japanese offices are set up to meet the needs of
local market and further increase regional sales.
Size of net capital reaches NT 180 million and cash
capital is now NT 80 million.
Production plant in Dongguan, China receives ISO-9001
recognition.
Unveils the 3rd-generation outer connecting water-cooling
cooler that monitors water temperature and is easy
to use.
Designs PurePower, a 360 W- 560 W high-efficiency
low-noise power supplier to be incorporated into
fans with adjustable rotating speed.
Manufactures LanFire, a portable chassis to be incorporated
into computer game users. |

Restructure of the company
in correspondence to the global scale it has grown
into: reorganization of patent, channel, chassis,
power supplier & computer accessories, and industrial
design departments to strengthen organizational
management and reinforce our commitment to research
and development.
Designs cooler for the heat-conducting pipe to the
specification of desktop Silent Tower and four other
types of CPU.
Manufactures fanless power supplier with Fanless
PSU.
Unveils Tsunami chassis, incorporating the mirror
bake-coating technology and a transparent, see-through
side-window.
Designs 12CM, applying low-noise liquid cooler Big
Water which receives AMD's outstanding partner award.
Size of net capital now grows to NT 75 million while
the cash capital increases to NT 255 million. |
